Services may include medical weight management, GLP-1 and other medically appropriate therapies, peptide therapy, lifestyle medicine, precision nutrition, wellness coaching, non-surgical body contouring, lymphatic wellness services, and other health and wellness services offered by MetaRise Wellness. Services and treatment recommendations are individualized and may require consultation, medical evaluation, health history review, laboratory testing, or determination of eligibility by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider. Availability of specific treatments, medications, programs, and services may vary and is not guaranteed. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
